The privy bivy is perfect place for my camp toilet.

It’s built to last, with high quality fabric and poles, the likes of which you’d expect from Sylvan Sport, While there were no instructions for set-up. anyone familiar with tents will easily figure out how to erect it. The ground skirt is effective at keeping any rain out of the inside of the structure and I have had no problems whatsoever. Using the provided stakes as well as the guy lines keeps it in place, even in high winds. I’ve never tried to fold it up as the provided bag in the perfect size and design to use as a stuff sack. I recommend the Privy Bivy highly!

There were no instructions on how to set it up. I was left to figure it out by myself. No videos on the web site either. I finally figured out what I think is the easiest way to set it up (which is still VERY difficult for a single person), but I’m not certain. Folding it up is equally difficult since there is no clear clue as to where to fold so that you end up with the right dimensions to fit into the stuff sack. Also, the ground skirt should include some way to fasten it in place. Otherwise a good wind is just going to blow it into the tent and only make it more likely to become a very large wind sock. Overall, a good idea that is poorly executed.
