Hi Patty,
There are a few more photos in the https://sylvansport.com/meet-the-berzowskis-spring-2019-heading-out/ blog post. Here is a rundown of the materials and dimensions Jim used:
-One 4×8 ft sheet of ¼ inch plywood, cut into three 16” lengths. Cut two of the lengths to 72.5” and one to 49” (final: two 16×72.5” boards for sides, one 16×49” board for the back)
-Screw 2x2s around the edges for support
-Bench legs can be any height. We wanted the benches to have a final height of 19.5” to line up in GO for bed extensions. Jim used hinges, brackets, and braces to make the legs foldable.
-Each leg pair has braces for stability and the long benches have center legs for support.
-Jim painted the benches with porch paint.
Just to say it, Jim made these the week before our trip, so the design was quick and dirty.
Regards,

Hi John,
We are glad that you enjoy following our adventures in LEO, our GO. Kathy is my sister and they are on Long Island. As kids, with our family, we camped all over NY state, and beyond – to many of the National Parks around the US! Yes, we cook in our CLAM (it is a company that makes ice fishing and dining tents).

Have fun getting out and GOing!

Regards,

Hi Michael,
We expect to continue to use the GO as our dining tent, especially since we can lift it over heavy picnic tables. The GOzeebo will mostly be used as a tent, for people that join us for camping, or by us when we stop for single nights and don’t need/want to set up the GO. That said, we might also decide to use the GOzeebo as a dining tent, especially if the weather is poor and we want to be fully enclosed.
Regards,
Robin and Jim

Did you tell me that you do your cooking in the CLAM? I have to say that I hope to be half as efficient in finding things to do in the places I travel to. Wow! Especially the good fishing. Wondering if your friends, Kathy and Tom, come from Upstate NY or NYC area. Lucky them. I’m headed to NYS this summer where I’m familiar with the whole state. Ask them if they will tell me where they are from. I hope you all have a great time and enjoy Alaska. By the way, is the CLAM a produce of SylvanSport? Regards, John Merli

Patty
