Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, has said his team will make sure Manchester United don’t qualify for next season’s Champions League with their points when both teams clash in a Premier League tie on Tuesday.
Klopp said this during his pre-match press conference ahead of Liverpool’s Premier League tie with Man United at Anfield on Tuesday night.
The German also said he would put his relationship with Man United manager, Ralf Rangnick, on hold when Liverpool hosts the Red Devils.
Klopp’s men head to the game after eliminating Manchester City from the FA Cup over the weekend.
“The Manchester United we will face, they will go for it. They want to go to the Champions League,” Klopp said.
“It will be an intense 90 minutes. We have to make sure they don’t take our points to get there.”
“How’s my relationship with Rangnick? On hold!”
