The Golden Eaglets will target a place in the semi-final of the WAFU B U-17 Championship when they take on Togo in their second Group A game on Tuesday (today), reports Completesports.
Nduka Ugbade’s charges started the competition on a winning note, edging out hosts Ghana 4-2 last Saturday.
A draw will be enough for the Golden Eaglets to secure a spot in the last four.
The Togolese will be playing their first match in the competition.
The encounter which is billed for Cape Coast Stadium will start at 5pm Nigerian time.
The two finalists in the competition will compete at the Africa U-17 Cup Nations in 2023.
Algeria will host the competition early next year.
